REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNLESS YOU HAVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM AND WE CAN NOT REPLACE IT. IF WE CAN REPLACE THE ITEM, THE REPLACEMENT WILL BE SHIPPED OUT PROMPTLY WITH A PRE PAID MAILER TO RETURN THE DEFECTIVE ITEM. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED UNLESS YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM BY MISTAKE. ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL HAVE ONLY 7 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE TO REPORT ANY MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS. AFTER THESE 7 DAYS, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. ONCE WE HAVE APPROVED THE EXCHANGE, WE WILL SEND YOUR ITEM OUT WITH A PRE PAID MAILER TO SEND BACK THE OTHER ITEM.
